Registered Nurse (RN) — Clinical Supervisor

Compassionate Connections Home Care of Charlotte is a new, locally owned home care agency preparing to open its doors in the Charlotte area. We're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join us as our founding Clinical Supervisor and help build a care team rooted in compassion, dignity, and excellence.
This is a leadership role. You will be named as our Clinical Supervisor on our state home care license application and will help shape how care is delivered from day one.
What You'll Do
Serve as the supervising RN for the agency's licensure and ongoing compliance
Complete initial client assessments and develop individualized care plans
Conduct supervisory visits and competency checks for caregivers
Review and help maintain clinical policies and procedures
Be available for consultation and guidance to the care team
What We're Looking For
Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license (or multistate compact license)
Home care, home health, or community health experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a heart for seniors and families
Reliable, organized, and committed to long-term growth with the agency
